Background Investigations

Background investigations are at the heart of ICI's business. Clients come to us before putting their capital and reputation at risk in such ventures as: initial public offerings, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, equity participations, hiring of high-level executives, joining corporate boards, etc. ICI makes discreet inquiries into the business acumen, reputation, and financial stability of target companies and key personnel.

ICI offers several levels of background investigations. A complete listing will be uploaded shortly. In the meantime, read about our pre-employment investigations, listed below.

Pre-Employment/Executive Screening

ICI conducts thorough, discreet, and cost-efficient searches. This research entails delving into a candidate’s past performance, verifying all facets of his/her background, and uncovering relevant data that might result in a questionable association or financial risk
